In a manner ...

What is on my mind?
Mind this color? I don't! Colors and their Contrast to primaries - or the different organizations of rimary colors - are an interesting thing. See - black on white is a very simple thing. It is a sharp and lear Contrast - while whether now Black or White were the more appropriate background depends.

Now, were I to apply same logic on this combination of colors, thus resorting to a magenta background (---->) - I don't know exactly how to express my experience, but certainly, it doesn't look as serious or imperative as the other. Maybe that is because of the contrast. Between black and white we have a width of 100%. Here there so is a softer contrast - and whether we might replace black by white ... (here) is an issue if we couldn't place magenta at around 50%.

Magenta mixes well with Black - and with White - as we can see.

On black we however see the different colors much better. But while Yellow is difficult on white, blue is somewhat difficult on black. Purple and Red however fare equally well.

'Logically' however - 'Techno-Logically' - here now two digits correspond to one color. #RRGGBB. FF is equal to "Full Burst" and 7F is equal to "Half Burst". There Yellow, Cyan and Magenta can be called '2/3'rd colors, where red, blue and green are 'half' colors. Naturally so, when Black is 'void', any burst is already 'value', while any color on 'White' basically is mixing into the 'Full Burst' - and therefore a brighter/more luminiscent color vanishes more easily than a dark/'Concurrent'/coherent color.

I'm almost certain that this color-combination is going to make me feel a certain shame about this site, although there is a reasonable foundation to use this specific one. Magenta for instance is proven to fare well with white and black and isn't as obnoxious as red.
