The Crown(/"Lore") Cards revisited

There certainly is an element of mystery knowledge that may be applicable to certain cards. To say "Lulu" rather than Medium, or "Chun-Li" rather than fighter - it ultimately gives more meaning and context, more of an 'image', to the concepts as by themselves. But for now, I mean to focus on the Crown cards, because taking a more serious reading of the Demon King might prove interesting.


The Crown cards are very well born from LUST as to add some kind of personal signature to the whole.

So - starting with Chevron, the Witch Queen; There is no explicit Lore but merely a vague idea - possibly of self aggrandizement - at play here. To be the Witch Queen of the Witch Oracle - and the overall present positive lean towards Witches while still maintaining an overall Dark theme - the Witch Queen does in a way function as the Fairy to the Magic of the Cards; Or in that regards: A Medium to Dark ("Unholy") Truths - Mysteries or Secrets; While however still being more of an independent actor.

What she is bound by is the Art, the Witchcraft, itself - of which she is a Master; Or "Crown Professor".

Moving on to Elephant, Nyx - the Original Tradition describes the card as "Nyx and her two Daughters"; As Aligned with the Otherlore that I'm beholdent to. In this configuration, the image is further of "the Idol", rather than the literal Nyx and what social webbing she is embedded within. As such, she is the Pirson Keeper of Eros and Zoe; As acting in behalf of Ariel but also the community - or more so: Social structures that revolve around the "Subjugation" of Eros and Zoe.
Thus, this card very much resembles the Priest card, though being in that Context more so an aspect of the Divine as opposed to being a particular actor. The central idea of Nyx is that as the Night she envelops the Earth. Ariel is thereby likened to the Sun or Sunlight, to speak to Nyx as a Servant to Ariel; Although Ariel also still exists "as within her Graces"; Being so 'more divine' than Ariel.
Subsequently the Card shifts attention onto her two Daughters; Not breaking with the Priest association although very much in distinction from specific Teachings. There is an art or artifice to the image however; Likening Gravity to Shackles; And thus being more aligned with Purpose and Nature.

As for Pentagram, the Dark Queen - the Original Tradition also holds the name of 'Xzy'; Speaking of the Arch Angel/Avatar of the "Dark Element", be it called Evil or Darkness in my Legend of Cereylla. There is a personal Otherlore aspect to this, more specifically the subjugation of the Divine as provided by Zoe. So, Sabaoth is a name that come to mind here.
This, as opposed to Nyx, is now not a concept of ministry; But one of individuality, personal gains and relationships.

Griffin, the Demon King - which by the Original Tradition includes his 3 High Priestesses - is also a concept from the Otherlore I'm beholdent to, where the name 'Baphomet' is also occasionally uttered. Any actual distinction to the Historical Baphomet that the Temple Knights were accused of worshiping; Or any other form of Baphomet reverence or worship; Is however not implied. Parallels would be incidental.
The image overall is similar to that of Nyx, where in the Otherlore the relationship between the two components of the image - and the individual function of them - is virtually identical; With the one exception that Baphomet does not exist as a divine Character; And so also not as any kind of general authority, domain or power.
This particular Baphomet also has three Penises - one for each High Priest.

Dragon, the Mother - or as the Original Tradition states: The Mother Whore - is a semi-divine concept of Motherhood and Fertility; But then more specifically as within "a way of things" with which she is complicit.
