Demon Godzilla Dragon Ball Cobra Fangs Activate

So, a few things. I found a bag on the Kitchen Floor (there's a lot of that) and looked inside and it must have been that I in my grand wisdom had left a little treasure for my future self to discover. So, I got high, started random play on my Synchronicities collection; And while zooming off got ont a vibe. I suppose I would still have something to write about "evil Stargate", but so, "evil Dragonball" it is for now. Then somehow I felt moved to take out my Oracle Deck and lay some cards. Wondering as to who the recipient might be, that would be You, dear reader - as for whatever this Writing would be about.

Card one, faced Your way: Square Witch - the Fairy.

In simplest terms the Fairy would be a Wish Fulfillment type of thing, as after all she has a Magic Wand with the powers to make stuff happen. Magical things. With that, she isn't really a jeany who does as she's asked. She would fit into a category or type - being in that generally speaking more so a source of wonder and magic as confined to a very specific purpose. In that regard, she is overall a Helper; Unless divulging into the realm and lore of the Fey, of which I myself only know very little. Here there is however more of a dividing line; One that is somewhat blurred; Between whether they are benevolent or hostile/bad. Perhaps more so born from the desire to scare kids from venturing into dangerous places or furthermore the minds (as perhaps "trapped" in the confines of industrialization) estrangement to "the other".
Else I suppose there is very little to say.

Now, is it up for You dear reader to come up with a reading; Of how that might the topic. I would have my own biases; And I might take it upon myself to "read" on Your behalf such that I would actually have a writing here that says something. But in a way - whatever I might tell You might only fall on deaf ears; So, I might ... take a look at that later; Though, in some sense there's then a missing context here; In case it should matter. The cards however already lay on the table - though I have only turned up the first one. Blue-Red-Blue-Red-Blue ... strangely enough.

Card two, faced my way: Dragon One - Electricity (Electric Light).

Oof. Now, a part of me thinks that this should be easy, but I guess I'm not really good at this.
TO however perfectly lean into my biases, the Image being necessarily a Lightning, I read this as a transfer of the narrative energy over to me. But being still the medium for You, the image further unfolds within the harnessing aspect of a raw force of nature; That is implied by the Card's name in contrast to the image. Whether it be an actual bolt of lightning or merely a spark should not matter all that much. Electricity is Current created by using or manipulating the charges of certain objects to cause a transfer of particles - which is then itself "the electricity". Electric Light is the more pronounced effect thereof, where further there are different types. There's the Light of the bolt or spark itself, there's Light as created by heated Metal, there's Light as created by the electric Flux through certain Gases. All in all, this would seem to be the most appropriate aspect for the context; To speak of different layers in which the Light itself manifests. On the one end we speak of the Raw Energy itself; The visible Spark; in-between we speak of artificial light sources specifically created to produce Light; While ultimately we kind of circle around back to Light as a byproduct of energy usage.

This basically opens a realm, or THE realm, of possibilities here where we have Inspirational Insight on the one hand, artificial purposes in between and on the far end "light as a byproduct" of something more sinister. Or perhaps just "waste" to some extent; To say overall that "inspirational insight" could already be read in one way or another.

Subsequently we might think of current, where ideas that finally make up the source material get transmitted to an audience. So, when it comes to Dragon Ball there clearly is a "core inspiration" that makes up one of the primary appeals of the comic and anime respectively. Now, whether that's the sense of humor or the fighting might be up for debate; But for simplicity I'll go with the fighting. Or ... wait ...

Speaking of Raw versus Byproduct, within the realm of Fighting there's already a lot of different Factors at play. Between Vegeta and Goku for instance, the Fighting becomes at times a byproduct of their relationship for instance. It then is a talent to bring everything together accross Mangas and Episodes, maybe even Arcs, and make it work.

So, where then does Evil Dragonball come in? Here the idea is that there's malice at play. That Goku's innocence, so the understanding behind the vibe I wanted to write about, for instance acts a disguise to feed violence to children. And not just any violence, hyper dense, raw, brute force violence - just without the blood and the gore that would otherwise scare children away enough. Yea, try that for an educational setting.

I mean, Yamcha has a lot of potential in a great many ways.
I'm not talking of being a Punching Bag here.

It then of course is a place where the mind might wonder; Attempting to second guess the quality or value of that which is on screen. And where does that take one? Can one even still take any of it seriously when doing so? Or would I be sitting there like a Maniac; Laughing while forcing others to watch the Show, and have my charges beamed right into their brains that way? What else might I be seeing?

However - at this point I feel like giving an opinion or leading statement would be wrong or out of place. Instead, let's look at the facts as presented here so far. As Electricty/Electric Light - as such - is pretty non-specific to the applicable nuances laid out here, there is some kind of moving slider within our perception through which we can impose a certain interpretation. We ultimately have to settle on one eventually; And unless the initial suggestions are blatantly false it's likely that those initial biases will only deepen. Maybe this is going too far, but so, there is on the one hand still a "raw true form" of 'the Genre' or the "core idea" as it were - while any kind of deeper intention would have to be sought for outside of that. In my opinion. So, if the fighting and all about it were bad, then I would feel inclined to wonder: "why"? But in a Shonen Manga for Kids/Teenagers I would first of all not be suspicious of the fighting or friendly faced characters.
Ultimately, the Character Qualities of either Character can be analyzed critically on a case by case basis; And I find that the Dragon Ball Characters have an incredible amount of depth for a "Kid's show". We further don't have to be looking at the fighting + the smiling to infer some kind of evil intent, but maybe more generally question the ifs and buts of any kind of violence in form of entertainment.

Now, the Dragon Ball fans that I know are all at least somewhat - well. Either they're goofballs that really get off on the Humor of the Manga or in some way shape or form actively interested in Martial Arts. I would say that Dragon Ball ultimately does very well in teaching the viewers about the ifs and buts of hand to hand combat; Enough to either see themselves as rivals ... like Goku and Vegeta or their sons respectively ... or as worthy adversaries. "Or else" You get clap-back at some point which shapes Character ... whatever. The point is, You only think You can throw Kamehame-Has for so long; And when You think You're Goku while putting no foot into actual training then that is most definitely a You problem - for however long it lasts.

Card three, faced Your way: Dragon Star - the Suitor.

While at times this card can have an incredible amount of depth, I feel like in this case we don't have to spend a lot of time here. The suitor is one who seeks out cetain; And specific; Services from certain/specific kind or kinds of individuals. Make of it what You will.

I mean, there also is an economic aspect which can be viewed from various cultural angles, but I'll leave that one aside for now.

Card four, faced Your way: Elephant One - the Black Panther.

As not merely a Black Creature but also as present on the Darkness card, one aspect clearly invoked in this context would be also more generally invoked by the fact that the Black Panther is a Predator. Obviously. One who so "lies in wait" ... or jumps forth from the Darkness. Perhaps even from a Tree.

And at this point, well - there are I suppose only two ways to read this, but I suppose this is then more so a good opportunity to speak of the Fortune Telling aspect later down the road.

Card five, faced Your way: Square Four - Impassion.

Here I might have to explain, that impassion is meant to be the opposite of compassion; But not to call it greed or avarice. Where compassion is more so of selflessness, impassion is more so of self-fullness, or "soulfullness". Being the Yang to the Yin of the loving thy neighbour part. There are various negatives that can be associated to this, in this instance the most simple and neutral statement would be that as a show, for entertainment, it might 'want to' be looked at. Whether this then comes as benevolence in disguise - so, 'to be Entertaining' - or merely a taking of whatever profits the endeavor behind producing the manga and the anime would bring; Is in some sense a different story but it might as well be the same story.

Interpretation:

For once, we have the Black Panther. I would suggest that the topic being 'Evil Dragonball' is the topical concern that the Black Panther is to refer to. It is, without even going as far as to add a qualitative statement to it, after all an explicit 'spin' on the source Material. A "Hey, look at it THIS way!"; Which can be deceptive or predatory in its nature, especially considering the disparaging nature of the statement.
The impassion card would give us a further hint - or so my initial statement - which is to say: Just look at it. Straight.

And clearly, the evilness of Dragon Ball might ultimately be a matter of simple capitalism. So, do we here really need an additional card? Well, I get the strongest vibes from the Black Panther card - and so, let's slap that one down first.

Card six, on 4, faced Your Way: Dragon Two, Bonfire

I laid that card without shuffling. Then shuffled and slapped down another card just to see - and it is faced my way: Pentagram 5, Babel. Which to me means as much, don't mind. "You're confusing the Kids!".

But yes. I guess ... that wraps up this little segment on ... who the lally?
