The Dinosaur Problem

The Dinosaur Problem is herein a problem opposed to the Christian Understanding of Life as based on the Bible.
Dinosaurs are older than the Garden of Eden once we count the years from Adam to Abraham and from Abraham to Christ and from Christ to now. The 300 years of Phantom Time don't weigh in a lot!!!

The Gnostic mindset however says: What is, is! So do Dinosaurs not disqualify God from existence - but certainly we have to question the Truthfulness of the Bible. However are there two incidents that allowed God to reshape our planet.
There is the Great Flood, and there is the Tower of Babel incident.

Physically the Great Flood would have allowed God to reshape the surface of the Earth; While the Tower of Babel incident (ToBI or BTow/T(ow)oB Incident // TowoBI) isn't quite as simple. For instance does the one account reveal insight into the Ancestors of Abram - with no real clue regarding the Transition from 'life in Babel' to 'life in Babylon(ia)'. We would/might/could imagine it like a short trip through a fog - followed by oblivion of the past. While the Transition from Babel to Babylonia is linguistically in favour of this 'short fog' - we have to consider that the very same transition did cast other individuals to different locations. If we so settle Abrahams lifetime as to 1800 BC, we can settle that by that time a lot of History has happened already. Thereby we can either assume that all this History is fiction, or that the fog expands accross an indestinct period of time. Whatever we preferred - both in favour of the Biblical accounts.

In both cases we can speak not only of a confusion of languages, but a confusion of everything else too. One aspect of the TowoBI that isn't looked into a lot is the impact on the Human relationship to God. After a few years after the Big Flood, mankind began to build a Tower to escape any potential future wrath of God. People seemed to unite in the oppinion that God was a mad entity - and that possibly against a part of the crowd that spoke against that! There we can speak of 'a Tradition of Wisdom' that is carried down and would teach us the ideals of Harmony as a way to oppose any kind of impending punishment. We can also see where those ways of thought "could have ended" after the TowoBI - mainly: China. (Ancient China is one of the few ancient cultures that doesn't worship a Pantheon of Gods, practically (due to the influence of Science) the opposite to Egypt.)

Looking at - this is just a "nice to know" kindof trivia - the "map" of cultures around 1800 BC we could now go and calculate how many percent of the Babellanians belonged to that group - as to see how "advanced" the Babellanians really were or otherwise how accurate the visions of Roland Emmerichs 10.000 BC (regarding the Babellanian High Society, at least ideologically (suppression of minorities)) are.
Trivia because on account of the Book of Mormon we have another challenge: The Jaredites. The Jaredites were one tribe of the Babellanians, according to the Book of Mormon/Book of Ether, which we could try to 'find'. As it is written that the later arriving Lamanites dwelled on some of their grounds, and the Lamanites can be identified as the Post-Classic Maya - we can find the Jaradites to be the Pre-Classic Maya. The time-frame would match up (taking the Phantom Time into account) - and hence we can 'count back' from their extermination to see how many years between Abraham and Jared there are - as a way of saying that the map we can draw is victim to the "confluence of time".

The trip of the Jaredites to the American continent is one of these mysteries. It doesn't seem to make a lot of sense - but the one thing God promised to Jareds Brother was that he wouldn't be Confounded. Hence we can see the trip in these vessels as a way for God to do what He is doing without those people whitnessing them. Hence they weren't necessarily moving through water!

As this 'time fog' is now one thing we don't know much about, regarding the time it did span, or maybe even still does - we can however see it as some "higher dimension" wherein people are 'frozen' until their time and place of arrival. Looking "beyond" it, as in: What happens/ed to the physical world - we can imagine a lot of things. "Time is Relative" - and the Universe as we find it today could be "attached" to the creation as it had been - alongside some 'added detail' to whatever is found on our planet, like, Dinosaurs!

God Bless and Good Bye!
