What a shitshow!

I don't think it has been that long since I uploaded the recent thing - and as for that, I right away felt the urge to write some more. It didn't go anywhere at first; But soon enough I found myself writing about Video Games (and wondering why that was the case). In some weird fashion it came down to saying/arguing that it isn't just a video game thing, ... there's also hollywood ... and connection to 'actually serious' stuff. I was about to get back to that, copy and paste that out or 'whatever' - I'm having a new computer now - but it all does feel kindof pointless. Or ... trivial.

It seems like God wanted me to have this new computer - and by now I'm not sure but its at least worth the experience. Windows 10 - urgh. What a fuck! I mean - anyone who ever came to dabble in the glory that is Linux (well, there is a lot of trash ... too; But ... yea, why not make this a Linux pitch?) ... possibly cannot understand the feeling of what its like to meet its concurrence.

Which is not to say that just starting with Linux is going to work out for you. There are plenty of reasons to not flock to it, but there are also reasons of doing so - and the most important things required to get anything out of Linux are time, patience and some genuine curiosity. Oh my, so - this is a honeypot. Curiosity. I mean - by honeypot - its an issue thats ... 'bigger' than just a point in a sentence. Without curiosity there is no reward. And this now opens a hole into a rather old issue I've been concerned about and so ... [head smoking (figuratively? (not the real "headache" thing))] ... (like 'now' ... my head starts smoking ... "literally" ... ... ... ...) ... backing out seems to be advised.

The problem with Linux at this point is that it seems or feels like its getting irrelevant. And a big part as to why might just be that modern hardware is produced with an effort effort of locking linux out of the equasion. I got to think about the previous Laptop I've owned which right away told me that I'm only allowed to use Windows on it. And within 2 years it broke down. I'm not too sure if I understood it correctly, I can't take a look at it 'now' to confirm to me that I wasn't just misunderstanding, ... but so, yea - I have had a choice ... but a shitty one at that! Nothing 'real'. Like, ... use windows and you're stuck with whatever Microsoft wants to shove down your throat. And we see the same going on in gaming. And by the way: Politics. The choices we 'get' from "the above" is usually not much better than Trump vs. Clinton - with Bernie Bros being left standing outside.

Which isn't much different to what "choices" 'us Christians' have - in terms of this public recognition. And now a rather old dream I had (that type of dream people have while sleeping) has come true. More rather than less. Back then I generally applied it on my own. In that dream I found myself in some World of Warcraft themed world ... where one main feature was some creep, ... and while there have been some type of worm living in the soil that jumped out from it and dug back in - they just couldn't dig through the creep. And the camera fly moved on through the forrest and there was some open area - to the left was 'Mordor' (rather literally), to the back the forrest and in the open era a large army assembled - and one of those orcs stood out as "being" 'itmeJP'. So - it lends itself to whats going on these days. Gamers being literally at 'a' front - of such bullshit ... where the situation is simply that 'we' are in a position where there actually 'is' something of a fight.
I'm not sure if it was the beginning or the end of the dream where I then ventured into some 'mushroom forrest' (ridden with "spoil" and spiderwebs - and ... rot, fungal ... - ) to investigate. And I was there at the exit of that forrest, where some few others were assembled, and we wanted to 'get out' and report of this weird creepspread. So - the army standing there was a good thing.
And I guess this isn't just a good picture, it also |dumbs down| how I might tend to rather speak of Video Games. As on the other end I might be making a huge deal about Israel - and how I don't like their way of politics; ... I mean: The one moment you hear that Trump recognizes Jerusalem as Israels capital, the next thing you hear is Palestinians getting killed by Israeli air strikes. It is at that point really hard (and not remotely productive) to take stance for Israel. From my perspective - still - Palestinians need to get out. All Muslims 'should' *by very hardcore religiousity* acknowledge Israels claim. The quran doesn't distanciate itself from the Thora - so - serious Muslims are basically required to have some intimate knowledge of the Jewish scriptures (and Christian as well); Which is the whole crux there. 'Islam' is by definition the 'true religion' - but how can this be without a given in depth knowledge of what 'this God' has done? So - the 'piss argument' goes like "those scriptures are faked" - but I didn't get that vibe from the Qurans perspective! So - as part of the religious struggles, Israel has 'the right' to own their land, which however has to more accurately say: "God given land" - and the crux there is in 'God given'. God 'gave' - but he made it clear that his mercy is dependent on their actions. The moment Israel turned away from God under Salomon - it tore apart and that led to the chain of events that allowed Nebuchadnezzar to take over Jerusalem. And 'ever since' ... Jerusalem was practically 'lost' to Israel. They try to now claim it by force or right - but at this point ... their claim isn't any more 'respectable' than that of the Palistenes. The struggles 'show' that those people don't understand their own religion - for if even just 'one' did, that were how diplomacy could happen.
And from 'our' modern perspective, ... the same! Thats how we could start a conversation - as thats also what its all about. If you exclude religion - then of course the right side is with the Palestinians. That because the claim on that land is based in religion. Yet what happens is pretty biblical. There is notion of Israel being in peril and strangers from far away coming in to their aid. That could be said of the romans, ... the persians, ... and nowadays of the UN. We can however also say that this happened as the Allied forced smacked down on the third reich. No headache required.
Whatever ... prophecy is one thing. We can twist and turn them around to fit our needs - or we can 'question' what the bigger idea behind those prophecied events might be. If we have God taking stance 'for' Israel - I get the issue that I wonder about 'what Israel is'. In that picture. Is it their government? Or 'some people'? It doesn't matter in the end - because if we can resolve things ... without bloodshed ... why should we not?

I have encountered several people that, when it came to a con... "conversation", ... 'read' "the respective book" (Bible/Quran) - but showed me no evidence to support me thinking that they have intimate knowledge thereof. Or 'relevant' knowledge. And the pivotal issue there is that of understanding 'the right stuff'. That stuff which makes you go like "wait a minute ..." - in a way that doesn't disassemble the religion but pieces them together. The stuff that makes you 'realize' how Jesus is the Messiah - according to the old Testament. Which so happens to be the Jewish Bible and "the Scripture" that the Quran keeps talking about.

So, the enemy has a strategy. Trump got accused of sexual harassment, nothing happened. Others are being accused of sexual harassment ... all hell breaks loose around them. So, there are all the things that disqualify a person (*caugh*Trump*caugh*) from being taken seriously - and then a conversation breaks loose that pretends that none of that happened. A.k.a. "moving the goalpost". Its like how the left and the right in the U.S. are right and righter actually - and whats weird is that the entirety of the USA doesn't seem to realize that the rest of the world is mostly "Socialistic" by now.
We can see the same 'game' going on in the Video Games industry. #Microtransactions.
With a few more ... issues.
Technically even so 'more relevant' ones. That because here we can see things unfolding 'live'. The battlefield is an entirely different one and here we have a counter-force that doesn't make this struggle seem like wanking into the air. I mean, OK ... from my perspective its still different - as I'm supposedly talking to all people. Yet in the same vein I can't assume that the people in charge are my audience. "Whom am I gonna talk to?". Yea, there may be an argument that can be had - but how would I/you expect it to play out? The way I feel - what I get projected - is that my foundation is to get shifted in their favour. Well ... "duh". In the end I were supposed to "trust them" and use my free speech to defend them. Basically. Thats what I expect from getting "on board with them", no matter how much I actually wouldn't intend to do so. And it would start with secrecy. Like, what am I supposed to tell you about and what not? Some would argue that I'm 'too volatile' (I can't be trusted) - ... - so, I wouldn't "rule" in "their" favour. That to me is the 'Stargate issue' - so - the question "what if" the Stargate existed? Boldly hypothetical. What if we're at war with an alien species? Something more realistic is the 'phosphorus crisis'. Fear of overpopulation. And the way I feel there are people in charge that don't want me to undermine their efforts. So, "they" who want to 'police me' - like they know/understand better than me what I should and shouldn't do.

Its a space I shouldn't get into alone. On my own. We could call it the "non-enlightened Illuminati issues" ... so, "being concerned" about our species from a sober, ... "sober" perspective. So, where sacrificing the few for the greater good is totally acceptable and that so far that its even seriously talked about. Planned around. Like ... it even being 'the game' itself. Where (the) God (of the Bible) is on the other side; He'd sacrifice the many for the good of a few. And that speaks of 'nuance'. If the few are objectively the better people ... of course God should rule in their favour! The 'greater good' is here not defined by the numbers - but by their substance.
And of course 'everybody' wants to be part of that 'minority'. #meetoo.

Back in the days there were the Temple knights, got appropriated by the Vatican and disassembled thereafter. Sounds like EA business 101.

And what it all rolls on is the '"ignorance of the people"'. The fact that you can yell "she's a witch" - and if that witch doesn't have the support of the establishment she's gonna get burned!
There is no 'tweaking' the System if the 'knobs' are stuck. Rusty. Malfunct. Out of order. Guarded.
And whats gonna happen if we all simultaneously decided to switch to Linux?

Well - we would expect "them" to align and come up with ways to corrupt the stuff that is good while providing alternatives locked behind paywalls. ~ish. And the ~ish is where they would look for people that got a clue of how things work that could help them succeed.
Like so - Destiny 2 is failing at this point and instead of 'fixing it' they are looking for people that know stuff about Microtransactions and how to 'please the consumer'. Like thats gonna fix anything!!!
Its rather obvious to me now that they have their noses so deep in the arsehole of "the Devil" that they don't see in what state their game is in. #Mindblown.

But on the other side we'd first of all just 'cap' all the finacing of "them" - besides Valve/Steam ... and with them ... we either had an ally or a first obstacle. So, companies would want to get in - and lets think of EA, their online store, ... where I would 'bet' that they would include unsafe dependencies to that software. So, think 'systemd'. 'systemd' is a software library in the Linux economy that is said to be 'too vulnerable'. Its too ... big ... its difficult to ascertain that its secure; So - if you're catious you would try to avoid using it. I'm not that much of a Linux geek to know a lot about it - so, ... my knowledge is at an amateur level. The way to think about it is that in general - as an average Linux user - you wouldn't even know about it. Like so do certain distributions that are 'less' flexible than Arch Linux eventually already use systemd by default. And apparently its getting more and more difficult to get along without it. And yea - thats a problem/issue. I guess even Arch Linux relies too heavily on it. But I haven't looked into it. So ... . The point now were that EA might ship its shop with a built in dependency on ... systemd ... and then the 'weak user' ... who just wants to play some ... game ... with some friends ... is pushed to ignore the risk. While doing so the 'general population' is shifting towards a usage of systemd and those that are in control of systemd ... gain influence. More can be 'tied in' ... so on and so forth.

In this sense I have an 'anti USA/China economy' stance. The computer I've bought is an acer. I was flipping between hp and acer in the end; And looking into YouTube ... acer isn't really getting good coverage. Acer convertibles are usually in the top 10 lists I've seen - and since the "plastic from thin air" thing that Thunderf00t 'debunked' I am sure I no want a Dell. Microsoft is out by default. I don't feel like paying money just for having an apple on my product. But if with acer I can support Taiwan, ... thats kindof the most positive outlook I can find ... and so ... I'm compelled to stick with acer. And so far their products worked really well for me.
When it gets to gaming ... I nowadays have a stronger 'pro Japan' attitude. "Everything else isn't gaming!".

I'm sorry - but german Video Games don't scratch my itches ... .

With Linux however we have a by default 'open' platform. And its the best bet to 'get started'. What android can do is most likely also something Linux can ... and aside of 'dodgy compatibility issues' with Microsoft Office for instance - Linux is generally ... OK! While there is no better platform we could start rolling out our own software for. And its the best stepping stone forward to "the Operating System of the future". That because installing a 'selfmade' Operating System ... is possibly only going to work in tandem with Linux anyway. So, for the early ages.
Because all I need to do - once I have compiled the sources - is a single line in the commandline to copy the files to the right space on the hard-drive. cp /path/to/binary /dev/sdXY. Done! (/dev/sdXY is the way linux "comprehends" your hard-drives and partitions. X is the drive, Y the partition. So ... sda1 is the first partition on your "primary" storage device). And with linux (fdisk/udisk) you can setup your partitions 'to the sector' (1 sector are 512 bytes and is the 'smallest unit' in "hard-drive accessing").

Making a backup of your Linux system is genrally as simple. (But in my experience wasn't ever really practical. It would be ... if the Zombie apocalypse happened).

(I understand that the problem I have with 'Secular Talk' for instance is the idea that by |flocking| to 'those outlets' is in some sense generating passivity; In that we didn't 'gain' any more 'active' position. But I've got to say that my judgement isn't perfect, ... which is more evident when it gets to the "gambling in Videogames" issue. I mean - obviously - Kyle is a reporter; And reporters aren't leaders. Simple enough. Que wawa so on and so forth. What I do here is to forward messages that I deem relevant. If I were a US citizen I'd be on board with Justice Democrats. But IRL I think we need more!)
