Sin ... and stuff
Stuff: Well, first of all, I kind of have resolved the situation with my employer, seen a doctor there - and for now I'm
sick with the diagnosis of a resurging anorexia. That's definitely the headline there, the critical indicators would all
point into that direction and yes, I can see it. To move away from the concept of a 'depression' (which is a terrible
name for the condition) and towards ... 'psychosomatic malfunction'. Which ... is an anti-system thesis however because
... psychosomatic malfuction as in my case would lend more freedom to the patient in determining their problems. As, from
how I see it, that's what it is. And if you're a believer, yes, you can also do a "God of the Gaps" here, though this God
of the Gaps would more so be a literal Gap-closer. So, I have stress ... dealing with both, what my concerns are here and
having a regulated life. It's an easy equation and there are movies about that. At least one. Or almost every Spiderman
Movie. Yes, Almost. Unless Italian Spiderman also does that. Not sure.
On the other hand I'm good at swiping things under the rug. Also regarding my own issues. So, being like programmed to bear
the everyday stress as normal, well ... that's what we then do. We have issues, we swipe them under the rug. Why? Because
we have to. And generally that might be OK, but in my case it further takes away my ability to either. And sure, I don't
know where my priorities need to be. I can take my health as a reference for what they should be, but which way would
ultimately yield the best result? I mean ... it's a question most people don't have the luxury to answer thoroughly. I
assume. You can't see into the future - and so you have to look at what is at hand.
So, my brain then sends signals to the stomach to malfunct because it realizes that what happens when it malfunctions, it
does however get what it wants. And if that's just a break. That's then called a depression as in most cases, well - from
what I heard other patients say - as on average, people eventually fail at dealing with things around them. For a variety
of reasons. Be it the financier who's sick of bailing out rich assholes or the strange trans woman who seems to waste
her potential doing menial labor. And it goes deeper than what the work itself entails. Like ... burnout isn't just burnout
from work, it's also burnout from social pressures that the work entails. Doing work for others, being the always helping
hand ... . Or maybe just confusion over what it is that people expect and so ... the brain is like: Pfft.
Anyway ... Sin. Awkwardly related. I mean ... similar to how we should change the topic of depression, we should change
the way we talk about pedophiles. Because, to be real, the problem isn't with pedophiles, it's with assholes. Sociopaths.
As - if we can agree on that and say that pedophiles are unnecessarily stigmatized, we can also - not that "people" ask
for it - expand the concept of pedophilia as ... the whole genre of Lolicon is ... and isn't ... pedophilia as it stands.
Does it count as CSAM if it's drawn? And sure, people may find it distasteful because of the association that assholes
and such create. So, as the trope goes: She looks like a 12 year old but actually she's a 2000 year old vampire. In art
things can shift and blurr like that. And this art still reflects life - albeit that life is ... more abstract than the
"real life" we're living.
Yes, be uncomfortable about - but the fact is that we only start to have a problem when people cross over into asshole
territory. And that too isn't a problem just for kids, but yes ... kids would be the most vulnerable, especially if they
are like handed to their predators on a silver platter I would assume.
And transgressions against kids also fuel more anger ... right? And rightfully so.
So, what's going on is that somehow ... people don't take law and order seriously and I might be the first to raise my
hand when it comes to admitting that. Sortof. It depends on how you ask. We can argue that just a few exceptions here and
there can make a whole thing come apart; Like ... the moment you put ten cents too few into the coffee jar you're basically
justifying pedophilia. Uhm ... . Child rape. I mean, who can tell what one can and cannot do, am I right?
Even more so since society has accepted that wealthy people MUST be allowed to get away with more. But that also means that
the pursuit of wealth is fine, and if a few roles are broken in the process, that MUST be allowed too for fairness' sake.
But then, why go through all that if you can't pillage and rape as you please? I mean ... "come on".
So, arming up is ultimately step one of entering a consciously competitive lifestyle. Else you can practice walking on all
fours and taking it from behind.
And however many people want that ... as many make it a thing. And it is round around there where Christian values ... well,
there are effectively two sets in the book - and for centuries all sorts of mischief was wrought abusing them. Mercy for the
ones and Persecution for the others. In more simple terms we can however look at the "front" (Jesus and the Gospels) and at
the back (The Lamb and the Revelation). So, one like applies to 'Everyone' in a sense of society or a community - and the
other is for those who so don't wish to be implicated in that.
But ... "jokes" aside ... what's a sin?
Using the context just provided, we can focus on some kind of 'thing'. As Jesus says it in the cermon of the mount, the
"thing" is bigger than the act itself. So, as one commits adultery in their heart, they're committing it. And if I led
people to believe that it is therefore no wrong to lean into it, got the wrong idea.
Anyway ... Jesus doesn't say that, leaving us with even harsher restrictions. I would assume that there should be a word
or two on that for clarification - given how there's more to say to the contrary.
The sin itself can however still be narrowed down to the act - the transgression itself - where ultimately the thing
underneath has bubbled up to the surface to lead to an action that is not in the interest of communal wellbeing.
I mean, sure. Me picking out some random person of whatever sex and gender to rub one off ... that's like ... freedom.
Freedom of thought - let God say what He wills ... I'm my own God. Nobody gets hurt, yada yada, you can't stop me.
And sure, around some angle that's the same thing - as raping a child. I mean, the rapist there too - more or less -
only masturbates and as it would seem, nobody can stop them. And these are the kinds of false equivalences that ... seem
to be the rule these days. In that regard we're all sinners - and money only determines how hard you can do it.
But that's also not the world that I grew up in.
Not that I knew of.
But obviously there's a difference. Something quite ... distinct, wouldn't you agree? So, a thing ... that is committed
as one clearly didn't heed the advice and let their inner swine run rampant. And it's time for consequences.
Peace!
Uh ... uhm. But yea. What I'm trying to get at is the idea that 'Sin' is the materialized concept at the heart of our
conflicts. I mean ... without limited resources for instance, the concept of theft would be less dramatic. And yet there's
the matter of things, unique things, artworks, labors of passion ... that carry sentimental value and without the concept
of material ownership as of a world with finite resources we aren't all that well equipped to gauge the relative worth of
what we're giving versus what we're receiving. It might not seem like a big deal but God still would have to watch it
play out over and over and somehow be alright with it.
The same goes with sexual abuse. I mean, what do you care about your emotions? You're a thing - a fucktoy, a glove - no
more but perhaps less - so let me have my way with you. And we, without any concept of harm or again ... relative wealth,
we'd just take it and God would have to watch it.
And maybe He did for a bit and found that while in one place the "slaves" were happy, in the other they weren't. And ...
how do you square THAT circle?
It's almost like ... the ones that aren't happy are like ... in a bad place? Or is it kink? Well, should we just let God
roll the dice on it ... beyond which we just have to deal with it one way or the other?
And shouldn't the rich and wealthy actually get off with less? I mean ... why all the wealth if not for some kind of ...
extra sacrifice? I mean ... take a doctor, a surgeon. Well, I would like to have some extra scrutiny please ... if not for
the doctor in particular still for the whole thing in general ... so yea, it would appear that we owe them something in
return. Such as for acquiring the education and skills ... such and such. This isn't to make them the fall guy, it's to
make it a fair society - let the people who put in the work that they're valued - and create a world in which we can have
each other's backs.
