Alright, it's 5 a.m. - and I've spent like 9 hours I suppose watching YouTube. Something like that. Let it be 8. And there's stuff I wanted to do.
I got me a relative nice playlist and ... I'm having a great time, but something in my head was spinning. I needed a break, played some
Street Fighter. But then watched some YouTube and well, the algorithm does what it does.
It certainly is a kind of addiction - but possibly worse. Hmm. I'm just searching for a video and I know some words in the title and the YouTuber
but it won't show. OK, I remembered the title wrong. Maybe I should, uhm ...
This is a great example. It's the last video I watched - I just had to dig through my ashes at some point to look for some calm because ...
uhm. Well, specifically where Dara asks them about where they're seeing all this stuff they're talking about ... and they dead seriously say
"Social Media" and the back and forth about that. And the way the guy talks about what he's seen in Munich I'm quite sure the guy lives in
some cow village and has been to the city once and was totally overwhelmed by all the colors.
Like yea - the Furry problem here in germany is ... it's really ... uhm ... .........
Yea. I feel like I was Clockwork Orange style speedran through the past 9 years; Like, starting with some old files I found on some old flash
drive of mine. Some draft for this site from 2016 - and given that I had problems reading what I wrote ... I suppose it was/would have been
obvious that I needed help. But one sentence I read was somewhere along the lines "Every time you think he couldn't possibly say something
dumber he Trumps it". And yea, the amount of blood that was pumped through my system this night was probably comparable to doing
sports.
Luckily I found some weed and I could watch most of this video with relative peace. The first five minutes ... I needed like three breaks.
And I just love this video. I love how calm he is about this. And he explains everything, patiently. And he explains it WELL. But yea, the thing is,
we've heard it all before and those kids they act like ... they ate the wisdom with the golden spoon from the wells of Athena herself - and if one
were to ask them for their age they'd probably say something like "why does it matter?".
This is certainly educational.
They fled having maybe a sliver of a point left, leaving Dara like in the middle of an explanation arc ... like, yea, leave while you're ahead they
say.
But yea - it's a skinners box. The algorithm feeds us things we react to - so it hooks into our perceived needs; And along with it comes some
form of immediate gratification. So the stimulus is re-enforced and thus we slowly lose the ability to connect the world outside of those ...
well, I have to assume: Controlled Environments.
Then, after this video I started watching another one and that actually gave me a thought to write about, thus redeeming me from my misery.
And yea - was it necessary? Well, maybe to get me to the final video - but, the contents of it weren't really news. I've heard the story like ...
a couple of times before. So, it was more like ... a unique set of circumstances ... like. Yea, that Veritasium video on that ... what's the term
... well, he titled it "the World's most important machine" ... yea, that was before the descent. But well, Emma Vigeland was on, so ... I had to
see that. And yea, it's one of those things ... . The story of the lost sheep comes to mind. Like, lots of stuff is going through my head - lots
of things I think important that then slip through my mind. There's ... no way of properly telling what's ... important and what isn't. Here for
me at least. I mean ... there's a lot of wolf in sheep's clothing I suppose ... so, spotting the one I ought to be looking for ... is kind of hard. And -
I didn't even know that I was looking for one. I'm still not sure. But yea, I have to write a few words about Asmongold.
Specifically the story with the Rat.
The thing is ... I respect that. Assuming he's straight and cis - that's in about as close to some kind of outing that one such person could
come. I mean, he externalized something about himself that would become a weapon or tool at least in the arsenal of his adversary. And as
we are not all the same - how all of us deal with our issues in our own ways - he may try to improve or not. That's ... neither here nor there.
And from how I got to see him I would also argue that the last year+ of his was also rather atypical. We could call it a mental breakdown of
sorts. Unless I'm to assume that it was all part of the plan and now it's like ... uhm ... time to acknowledge that the ship is sinking.
So yea - the thing is, I can't really take it much further. And the thing is that I keep feeling bad for these people, especially since for the most
part all they get is a fuck you and otherwise a good look at my cold shoulder.
And from how I see it ... "our" (the Left at large) opinion on how to deal with these people has also ... been a mess. Like, people that thought
to be polite turn rude and people who were rude turn polite and then it's the same as before and as new people come in the cycle only
continues.
And like so, we're like ... actually back where this whole shit started. Terms like SJW and Anti-SJW are dropping again - and eventually the
whole Gamergate thing is probably going to bubble up again. Because ... the shit ain't closed. It's not done. Justice ... hasn't been served
just yet.
The problem there however is ... things don't work like those two kids in the video think they do. Near the end of that video you may catch
up on it, that "left" and "right" to them is about individual parties - and the concept that the ideals that parties or more to the point: The
individuals within them - run on are usually more universal. The party and subsequently the the party agenda is just a form that the
people involved came up with to present themselves as an entity. And through those entities goals and ideas can get channeled into
political motion. And that's why dealing with shit like the AfD and their supporters is so aggrovating.
Like - they get more and more upset every time the NSDAP is being mentioned, not even wasting a second's thought on whether or not
the comparison is apt. I mean ... it becomes visible here and there that they actually ... you know ... I mean, they're a bit stressed by the
situation and thereby let their guard down a little. I wonder how this came together. Like - those talking points ... . But yea, I've seen similar
scenes play out in school. And ever so often I'm seeing myself in there. I once thought that Vigilante Justice is good Justice. But once you
learn what reasons some people have to be vindictive over ... and how generally terrible people in such situations are at admitting personal
fault thus doubling down on their self-righteousness over the other ... it quickly shows that it's one of the dumbest beliefs one can hold.
And that's where we also are with MAGA. I mean, they may feel like they won the election and are therefore entitled to do whatever - but in
how they violate civic trust and rule of law ... it's vigilante "justice" still. And it also shows in the video. I mean, the window that the two had
to give an answer as to how they imagine a solution to look like was rather wide. Then they refer to the agenda and then they act as if it
were a legal document their leaders could be held accountable for. We see how well that works by looking at the USA right now.
What Files?
They're right there but also there are none but also it's a hoax and actually we're all innocent except the democrats but actually they're fine
but also democrats are in the files but we shouldn't be too quick to judge ... uhm, let's bomb Venezuela.
And yea. I suppose that we've been had. I suppose we fell for the "Uhm, we're really just misguided Christians and totally brainwashed by
our leaders" stunt. I mean, that's the weakness if you want to be considerate and fair and balanced and all that. As trust is important and
our ability to take each other by our words is important - we're kind of ... required to take what we're presented with at face value.
These things however don't happen in a vacuum. And at some point you have to call a Fascist for what they are!
And whether or not they're aware of it is secondary. I mean ... we have to take things at face value after all.
Yea. It's like ... "innocent until proven guilty". In that Emma Vigeland clip -
the guy is literally saying: "guilty until proven innocent". And yea, the Bible kind of drops us a bone on how God would ... you know, imagine
we might want to deal with this - like in a supportive and encouraging manner. To do the right thing. And yea ... "guilty until proven innocent" -
I'm under the impression that there comes a point where ... that's just how it is. Like ... yea, we have all this overwhelming evidence, there's
no hole in the line, the circle is round, it just hasn't happened live on TV just yet so "who knows?" ... and it just doesn't feel or look or even
click right to say ... "yea, innocent!".
And just to be sure: The whole plan of salvation ... the whole "taking everyone in" part ... the thing is ... we have time. That's like ... number one.
So, ultimately ... I suppose that means that we don't have to beat ourselves up over ... not doing enough. When there's a wall, there's a wall.
If need be you might want to lean on it, otherwise you might want to pass by it - but generally you wouldn't want to keep running into it.
And that's like ... the thing I suppose. Why hurry? I mean ... if you're taking that bad turn ... I'm like under the impression that the longer we wait
the better the result. I mean, we wouldn't want to rush it and make a mistake in the process. And on the other side there's us. Like, I would argue
that we deserved ourselves a break - eventually - and we don't really have much of a reason to ruin that for us. Like why? That's a double L.
Not Cool and not J and certainly not Goated.
Scars will have to heal. And if my impression about Heaven (Heaven 1.0 to Heaven 2.0) is correct; There are some that will need a LOOOOOT of
time to come to a good place. And naturally we'll have to watch out for them first. And I assume that human history as of yet will be short by
comparison. And yea, a second is all it takes to cut a wound that may take weeks or month to properly heal.
And yea, this is not a joke! But also I suppose I can at first also only speak for myself - although God has set things so that what I have to say is
pretty much ... almost even more valid than if He had said it. Or is He giving you enough wiggle room to ... . Well, there is 'some'. Anyway, that's
not my problem.
